My friend and health coach, Rita Avellar, shared this recipe with me and with all of the participants on one of my retreats. Not only is it amazingly delicious, it’s good for you because the ingredients have proven antiviral properties and are immune boosting.
Garlic & Herb Dressing
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
-pinch of salt
-pinch of black pepper
-1 clove of garlic (crushed or chopped)
-1 tsp. Italian herbs
Just mix everything and store at room temperature. If you store in the fridge, just know you have to let it come to room temperature before using because the oil will thicken.
You can adjust the ratios based on how much you need. Just remember it’s equal parts olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
